About the numbers and sources

Every home (Matrikkelen types 11x–15x) in the six municipalities, and every office in Bærum, carries one loan. A building is exposed when 7Analytics rates it HIGH or VERY HIGH for surface water. The NVE-only bank sees an exposed building only when it also lies in an NVE flood zone or flood caution area; the rest it misses. The map shows squares of 500 × 500 m with at least 5 loans; no single building is shown.
